A) Order and Shipment1. How many days does it take for tresmode to ship a product after having received the order?
From the time your order is placed, it takes 7 working days to ship the product.
2. What payment methods do you accept online?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards and debit cards as well as net banking transfers.
3. How can I track my order?
On dispatch of your order, you will receive your shipment details & tracking number by e-mail. If you have not received our delivery confirmation e-mail, please contact us on 02226054898/99 or mail us at info@tresmode.com
4. How can I change/cancel my order?
You can modify/cancel your order by e-mailing us at info@tresmode.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will support your request only if it is received with the stipulated time frame.
5. Do you charge for shipping?
No we do not charge for shipping within India.
6. How can I return/exchange my order?
If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased on the tresmode website, please return the product along with the packaging and invoice at your cost by courier within 7 working days to the following address:

8. Is it safe to shop online at tresmode?
Yes it is absolutely safe to shop online with Tresmode. Our ordering process is private and secure. The actual payment happens on a secure payment gateway page that is encrypted, protected and processed over a secure server.

You can visit any of our nearby stores and submit the shoe along with packaging and the invoice.
3. How long do you take to repair a product?
Once we receive the product, it will take minimum of 20 days to repair it.
4. What is your policy on returns and repairs for online purchases?
Unused merchandise can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase along with the invoice and packaging. We provide a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase on fresh merchandise. Please note on there is no warranty on merchandise purchased during the sale period.
