Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from tresmode. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the product within 7 days from the date of purchase. The returns will be accepted if the following conditions are met:- All items must be unworn.
- All Items must be in their original packaging.
- You must include the original sales receipt.
1. While accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at (022) 26054898 or e-mail us at customerservice@tresmode.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
2. PLEASE NOTE: Our same Return Policy does not apply to items purchased from our Sale/Clearance section.
