We at Tresmode follow a 7 Day return policy for non-discounted and discounted products shopped from our website – tresmode.com. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Tresmode. If for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 7 days after from the date of delivery if the following conditions are met:
All Tresmode items should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt
Any items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface and kept in dust bags until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted.
If by any chance the customer does not return the footwear box and other packaging materials then a sum of INR 150 per pair will be deducted from the refund amount.
Mode of Return: By the Buyer/Customer: You can send us your pair/s by your local courier partner to Tresmode, One Indiabulls tower, Floor 12A, Tower 2A, SB Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai 400013, India). Kindly mail us the tracking details so we can keep a track on the same
By Tresmode: Tresmode will get the pair/s picked up, request you'll to log on into your Tresmode account and request for a return.
Update: We would like to bring to your attention that from 25th October 2019, all return requests submitted after the said date for discounted merchandise, a sum of INR 199 will be deducted from the refund amount. This policy has been put into action in place of our previous policy under which INR 299 was deducted from the refund amount.

A sum of INR 199 will be deducted on all discounted merchandise return when picked by team Tresmode/courier partners. Also, if you plan to ship the merchandise by yourself then Tresmode will recommend only well trusted logistic players. Request you to always ask for the shipping receipt from your partner.
Also, if you wish us to complete the reverse pickup, kindly keep the parcel ready once the return request is created. in case the package is not ready at the time of pickup or the consignee/customer is not available at the given pickup address, we re-book the pickup only twice after that. Post this, the customer has to ship the product to us for any return/exchange and no amount will be refunded for the reverse shipment charges incurred. Do not hand over the shipment to the courier partner if he/she is not providing the return pickup slip. The slip will help you to confirm the pick up with us and we can then follow up with our courier partner. Tresmode will not be responsible in case the product doesn't reach our (Tresmode's) address.
If your order has already been shipped, we invite you to wait until it arrives and then you can cancel your order at My Orders or contact our orders team to request its return by dropping an email to email@example.com. Before returning any products, the customer must request an authorization to return the products directly through our website. Simply Sign in to your account and navigate to My Account – My Orders page to initiate a return or exchange. For seamless returns, kindly ensure the product is packed in the same way it was packed and sent to you.
After inspection, we will confirm whether the Products are in an acceptable condition or not. This confirmation will be sent to you within 7 working days after we receive the shipment. Upon confirmation, as per the Return Policy, we will issue a store credit or a bank refund (whichever selected by the customer) for that particular amount (excluding shipping & COD charges if applied). The mode of refund cannot be changed once you've submitted the request with us.
In case of bundled offer purchase (where you buy 2 or more products on discount), you will need to return all the pairs as the offer is valid on all the pairs.
Once the refund tender has been selected by the customer, it cannot be changed under any circumstances.
(Any place outside India) the customer/buyer needs to ship/courier the merchandise to Tresmode (One Indiabulls tower, Floor 12A, Tower 2A, SB Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai 400013, India). Tresmode (KFC Shoemaker Private Limited) will not bear the shipping and duties involved. Tresmode will only refund the product amount and not other logistic charges like shipping and duties. If the customer has availed free international shipping then Tresmode will deduct INR 1500 per merchandise from the product price.
We do not exchange any item for an alternative size, color or style, we suggest that you return your purchase for a refund and place a new order with us.
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded via the refund method selected by you. In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier. You can sign in to your account and go to Recent Order to cancel your order. An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.
Refunds are initiated once the returned product is received by Tresmode. Your order amount will be refunded to you on the original payment method you used. For refund against cash on delivery order, the user will need to fill a form that accepts bank account details to which the amount will be refunded. COD charges, customs duties, and sales taxes are non-refundable. The Management's decision with regard to damaged/defective product and/or issuance of a credit note shall be final and binding. Further, the Management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforesaid conditions/policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.
