RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Returns We at Tresmode follow a 30 Day return policy for non-discounted and discounted products shopped from our website – tresmode.com. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Tresmode. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 30 Day after purchase if the following conditions are met:
  • All Tresmode items should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt
  • Any items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
  • Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface and kept in dust bags until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted.
  • If by any chance the customer does not return the footwear box and other packaging materials then a sum of INR 150 per pair will be deducted from the refund amount. 
Mode of Return:
By the Buyer/Customer: You can send us your pair/s by your local courier partner or Tresmode will get the pair picked up. Kindly mail us the tracking details so we can keep a track on the same
 
By Tresmode: Tresmode will get the pair/s picked up, request you'll to log on in to your Tresmode account and request for a return.
 
Note: A sum of INR 99 will be deducted on all discounted merchandise's return when picked by team Tresmode/courier partners. Also, if you plan to ship the merchandise by yourself then Tresmode will recommend only well trusted logistic players. Request you to always ask for the shipping receipt from your partner.
 
If your order has already been shipped, we invite you to wait until it arrives and then you can cancel your order at My Orders or contact our orders team to request its return by dropping an email to orders@tresmode.com.
Before returning any products, the customer must request an authorization to return the products directly through our website. Simply Sign in to your Account and navigate to My Account – My Orders page to initiate a return or exchange. For seamless returns, kindly ensure the product is packed in the same way it was packed and sent to you.
After inspection we will confirm whether the Products are in an acceptable condition or not. This confirmation will be sent to you within 7 working days after we receive the shipment. Upon confirmation, as per the Return Policy, we will issue a store credit for that particular amount.
Exchanges Exchanging an item for a more suitable size is free of charge, however all exchanges are subject to stock availability. We do not exchange any item for an alternative colour or style, we suggest that you return your purchase for a refund and place a new order with us. Kindly follow the mentioned steps for a hassle free exchange process:
1. Log-in to your Tresmode account
2. In My Orders/Recent Orders click on the 'Return' option and choose 'Wallet' as your preffered method for return.
Once we receive the pair and the pair passes the quality check the customer will get the wallet amount in their Tresmode customer account. These wallet credits can be used for a fresh order/different size. 
Note:
'Wallet credit' as used herein is an outstanding credit on a customer account that can be applied to an invoice/order as a Payment. 
'Wallet credit' once issued, can not be encashed at any circumstance.

Cancellations You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded via the refund method selected by you. In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier. You can sign in to your account and go to Recent Order to cancel your order.
An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you. Refunds Refunds are initiated once the returned product is received by Tresmode. Your order amount will be refunded to you by your preferred refund method i.e. refund via the payment method you used or wallet credit.
For refund against cash on delivery order, user will need to fill a form that accepts bank account details to which the amount will be refunded.

COD charges, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. 
The Management's decision with regard to damaged/defective product and/or issuance of wallet credit shall be final and binding. Further, the Management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforesaid conditions/policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.
